The TTDCT as a carbon coater SEM sample preparation includes the following components: Glass chamber, carbon evaporation head, high current power supply and aluminum base plate with installed of the following accessories:

Turbo molecular and backing pump, full range vacuum gauge, quartz crystal thickness monitor holder, electrical vent valve, electronic leak valve, sample holder rotation

Electric and electronic components are placed in a metal box incorporated in the system and a two-stage rotary or a diaphragm vacuum pump is connected to the system as a backing pump and a TMP pump evacuated inside the chamber in order to achieve high quality carbon layers

    Desk carbon coater (TTDCT) is equipped with a 7” colored touch screen with full automatic control and data input that can be operated by even inexperienced users. The vacuum, current and deposition information can be monitored as digital data or curves on the touch screen. The last 300 coatings information can be detected in the history page.

    The turbo-pumped carbon coater can be equipped with different sample stage configurations depending on the user requirements. The sample stages are rotatable with adjustable height and easy to change. The rotary planetary sample stage is a good choice for uniform coating of porous specimens.
