The Single screw extruder TT-ASE stands out as a specialized and dependable solution, designed for recycling and re-pelletizing rigid plastic scrap. This ASE Single screw extruder system seamlessly combines plasticization and pelletizing into a single step, making it perfect for processing crushed regrinds or flakes of PE/PP/ABS/PS/HIPS/PC, and more.

The end products from the Single screw extruder TT-ASE line come in the form of pellets or granules, ready to be seamlessly integrated into the production line for film blowing, pipe extrusion, plastics injection, and other applications.

SCREW LOADER

After crushing, the lumps or thick flakes are conveyed into the single-screw extruder using a screw loader. Inside the extruder, they are compressed, plasticized, and any volatiles or moisture are removed through a vacuum system. Following this, the material is filtered via a filtration system and pelletized into granules. Depending on the single screw's diameter, the typical capacity can range from 100 kg/h to 1000 kg/h, with a loading motor power of 2.2 kW. The conveying pipe is constructed using stainless steel material, with an inner thickness of 2mm and a diameter of 102mm.

MAIN FEEDER (VOLUMETRIC)

The system will feed materials into the extruder, equipped with a stirring screw to prevent blockages at the feeder's base. Additionally, there's a feeding hopper that includes a level indicator.
If you're interested in compounding materials, side feeders are available as optional components.

SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER

Our specially designed single-screw extruder delicately plasticizes and blends the materials, ensuring a gentle and thorough homogenization process. Moreover, our bi-metal extruder offers excellent resistance to corrosion, wear, and an extended lifespan.

BARREL

Thanks to the exceptional L/D ratio, the single-stage extruder in the production line can function as a double-stage extruder. By incorporating a middle double-piston type screen filter and the option to add an additional filter at the end, the double-filter setup significantly enhances the quality and performance of the final product particles.

DOUBLE VACUUM DEGASSING ZONES

Having double vacuum degassing zones ensures efficient removal of volatiles like micro-molecules and moisture. This process significantly enhances the quality of granules, making it particularly suitable for heavy printed materials.

LIQUID OUTLET

This process is the most suitable for improved melt filtration and higher production demands. Initially, two or more single-screw extruders can be tailored for a two-stage pelletizing production line. Subsequently, they can simultaneously enter the second-stage extruder for enhanced efficiency.

NONE-STOP PISTON TYPE FILTER

* You can opt for either a regular single-plate/piston double-station screen changer or a non-stop double plate/piston four-station at the extruder's head for remarkable filtration performance.
* Extended screen lifespan and reduced screen change frequency: The large filter areas contribute to a longer filter lifetime.
* User-friendly and non-stop functionality: Changing screens is quick and easy without halting machine operation.
* Very minimal operational costs.

PLATE TYPE FILTER

The Plate type filter is designed as a continuous type featuring two filter plates. At least one filter remains operational during screen changes. Additionally, it incorporates a ring-shaped heater for consistent and stable heating.

SELF CLEAN FILTER

This model integrates our proprietary self-cleaning filter technology, the new SCF self-cleaning filtration system. This innovation enables continuous recycling extrusion without interruption, making it particularly effective for re-pelletizing highly contaminated materials. The SCF filtration system efficiently manages and eliminates up to 5% of contaminants in the molten flow, separating materials like paper, wood, aluminum, unmelted plastic, and rubbers, among others.

WATER RING PELLETIZING SYSTEM

* The pelletizing head self-adjusts, ensuring superior granulate quality and prolonged uptime by maintaining consistently correct blade pressure.
* Rotatory blade RPM adjusts automatically according to the melt extruding pressure.
* Effortless and swift pelletizer blade changeovers save time, requiring no additional adjustment work.

UNDER-WATER PELLETIZING SYSTEM

An exceptionally automated pelletizing system designed for materials with high MFI and demanding production capacities. This comprehensive system comprises a pelletizer, valve, conveying pipeline, dewatering vibrating screen, and silo.

VIBRATION DRY

* The advanced dewatering vibration sieve, coupled with a horizontal-type centrifugal dewatering mechanism, delivers superior performance, producing thoroughly dried pellets while minimizing energy consumption.
* Sieve assembly: Instead of welding, the sieves are affixed using screws, allowing for easy future sieve changes.

PLASTIC PARTICLES

Final output: plastic particles. The plastic pellets can be reused to produce high-quality plastic products once again.

PACKING SYSTEM

* This is where the final qualified granules are stored. The drying shaker, in conjunction with the horizontal centrifuge, ensures excellent drying results and minimizes energy consumption.
