Powder Metallurgy Density Tester TTD-LPM, designed for high-precision density measurements in powder metallurgy. This versatile tester offers maximum weight options of 1500g, 2000g, 3000g, and 6000g, all with a weighing precision of 0.01g and a density precision of 0.01g/cm³.

Principle

In accordance with ASTM B962, B311, B328, MPIF STM 42, STM 57, GB/T5163, and ISO 2738:1999 standards, this device utilizes the Archimedes principle buoyancy method. It uses the boiling water method, immersion method, and vacuum-saturated waterproof treatment. Consequently, it can directly display bulk density and porosity data.

1. The infrared temperature sensor automatically detects water temperature and compensates accordingly.
2. Powder Metallurgy Density Tester TTD-LPM offers automatic temperature compensation, manual temperature compensation, and solution compensation functions.
3. In absorbent product density measurement mode, it directly reads body density, apparent porosity, wet density, and volume.
4. The built-in memory function can store measurements for five groups of samples simultaneously in absorbent product density measurement mode.
5. It directly displays values for the development of new materials. With high and low limit functions and a buzzer, the device determines if the specific gravity of the test object meets the criteria in non-absorbent product density measurement mode. It also includes a two-group mixing ratio function.
6. The built-in oil content measurement mode allows direct reading of the product's oil content.
7. Powder Metallurgy Density Tester TTD-LPM equipped with RS-232 and USB interfaces.
8. A large-size water tank design is adopted to reduce errors caused by the buoyancy of the suspension rail. The water tank dimensions are 210 × 170 × 120mm.
