Chain Plate Conveyor

The PET plastic bottle cleaning system features a broad chain plate conveyor, providing convenient transport for plastic waste bottles.

De-Baler

The de-baler is primarily utilized to break down tightly packed waste plastic bottles, allowing them to loosen up and smoothly enter the subsequent process.

Belt Conveyor

Transporting raw materials to subsequent stages, controlled by an inverter for adjustable belt speed.

Trommel

Purpose: Eliminate stones, dust, loosen caps, and small metal objects

Ferrous Remover

Pre-Washer

- Function: Bottle washing, removing small-size impurities, decreasing the working pressure for downstream processes.

Screw Loader

It's fitted with several rolling screws that sift the material as they roll, allowing impurities to drop through the gap to the impurity collection port below.

Disk Separator

It's outfitted with a disk separator where PET plastic bottles go through a bouncing screen to eliminate loose impurities, labels, caps, and similar items.

Bottle Sorting Machine

The entire bottle's material sorting can be done based on factors like the customer's color preferences. PET bottles of the same color category can then proceed to the subsequent process.

Manual Sorting

The material is split into two dual stations for manual sorting purposes.

Crusher

Breaking down large raw materials into more uniformly sized smaller pieces through crushing.
Crushing bottles into small flakes.

Screw Loader

- Function: Conveying PET flakes

Separation Floating Tank

- Function: Washing flakes and removing floating materials like PP, PE, and Caustic Soda

Label Separator

High Speed Friction Washer

Centrifugal Drver

- Function: Drying to achieve 2% moisture in flakes

Pipeline Drver

- Function: Hot air drying to achieve less than 1% moisture

Vibration Dryer

Drying washed PET bottle flakes using a vibrating sieve.

Intelligent Control System

Compliant with CE/CSA/TUV/SGS/ISO standards, all settings can be adjusted via the touch screen interface.
1. Electrical components include (Schneider) parts such as circuit breakers, AC contacts, press buttons, and pilot lamps.
2. Manages the electrical control of the entire system.
3. Operates based on a safety interlock principle.
