Particle Quantifier Instrument for Ferrous Wear Debris TT-8184 complies with the ASTM D8184 Standard Test Method for Ferrous Wear Debris Monitoring in In-Service Fluids Using a Particle Quantifier Instrument. 

This test method utilizes PQ magnetometry to evaluate the advancement of wear in machinery, such as engines and gearboxes, by tracking the mass of ferrous debris in samples of lubricating oils or greases.

2. Equipped with dedicated sensor and signal processing circuit for excellent stability and high sensitivity.
3. Automated oil sample transfer and measurement, providing data within 10 seconds.
4. Includes PC data management software for easy importation of measurement data, facilitating trend analysis and curve printing.
5. Oil samples can be directly injected into the oil bottle for measurement, eliminating the need for prior processing.

7. Allows user to name files with any combination of numbers and letters.
