Full Automatic Kinematic Viscosity Tester (Dual Baths) TT-445Z-1 complies with the ASTM D445 Standard Test Method for Kinematic Viscosity of Transparent and Opaque Liquids (and Calculation of Dynamic Viscosity).
Full Automatic Kinematic Viscosity Tester (Dual Baths) TT-445Z-1 is utilized to test the viscosity of liquid petroleum products, both transparent and opaque, by measuring the time for a volume of liquid to flow under gravity through a calibrated glass capillary viscometer. The dynamic viscosity, η, can be obtained by multiplying the kinematic viscosity, ν, by the density, ρ, of the liquid, under certain constant temperature conditions. The range of kinematic viscosities covered by this apparatus method spans from 0.2 to 300,000 mm2/s at all temperatures.
1. Equipped with a 16-bit sample tray, capable of continuous operation throughout the day. Features intelligent functions for preheating, injecting, measuring, cleaning, drying, calculating results, and repetitive calculations.
2. Provides independent temperature control for each bath, allowing simultaneous testing, cleaning, and drying operations for the corresponding bath.

6. Applies self-adaptive liquid level balance technology, capable of adjusting to large-span adjustments of test temperature. This feature automatically increases and decreases thermostatic medium during heating and cooling processes, maintaining the same immersion depth.
7. The apparatus features a built-in Windows operating system for easy operation and can be connected to LIMS systems and barcode scanners for automatic input of sample information.
8. Includes a system with built-in automatic calibration functions for the viscometer constant and temperature calibration. Additionally, it offers internal clock timing calibration and can convert Kinematic viscosity into Engler viscosity and automatically calculate viscosity Index and other functions.
