Coulometric Karl-Fischer Titration Tester
Coulometric Karl-Fischer Titration Tester TT-6304
Coulometric Karl-Fischer Titration Tester complies with ASTM D4377, ASTM D6304, and ASTM D4928 standards. It is used to test the water content in crude oil, which is crucial for refining, purchasing, selling, or transferring crude oils.
The Coulometric Karl-Fischer Titration Tester TT-6304 measures water content ranging from 0.02% to 2% in crude oils. While mercaptan and sulfide (S− or H2S) sulfur are known to interfere with this test method and affect the determination of water content in the 0.005% to 0.02% range, the extent of this interference at these levels has not been fully determined. Therefore, for the 0.005% to 0.02% range, no precision or bias statement is available.
Coulometric Karl-Fischer Titration Tester TT-6304 is controlled by an SCM, featuring system fault self-diagnosis, a color LCD touch screen, and a user-friendly interface. The tester automatically deducts blank current, ensuring high accuracy in test results. It also includes a large current background compensation function, significantly reducing standby time. A unique reagent failure detection function alerts the user to replace expired reagent, maximizing reagent usage. The built-in multiple water content formulas cater to various user needs. The device is equipped with a high-efficiency mini printer and a large-capacity storage system that can hold up to 500 test records. The convenient retrieval mode allows users to easily read and print test reports.
