The Carbon Steel Pulverizer Machine for Plastic Reuse TT-PM800 is ideal for crushing semi-rigid, brittle, and impact-resistant materials that need to be turned into powdered products. 

Particles measuring 6-8 mm pass through a vibrating screen and enter a rapidly rotating high-speed sawtooth disc, resulting in a powder within the desired 300-1000 micron range. The final size can be adjusted by changing the spacing between discs. It's commonly used for shredding LDPE, HDPE, UPVC, PC, and various other types of plastics.

Applications

Design

The Carbon Steel Pulverizer Machine for Plastic Reuse TT-PM800 for Plastic Reuse are high-output units that can be outfitted with automatic temperature control. The material intended for pulverization is centrally fed between stationary and rapidly rotating pulverizing discs. These discs create a centrifugal effect, enabling the material to move through the processing area and subsequently be pneumatically discharged from the machine.

Technical features

-The channel width ranges from 100 to 250mm, and the storage container holds approximately 50 to 100 liters.

-Feeding is regulated and monitored by the high-current controller overseeing the pulverizer motor, along with the mounting bracket and control device.

Pulverizer housing

-Contains a disc pulverizer with a fixed and high-speed toothed disc equipped with precision bearings.

-Material enters through the center opening of the fixed disc.

-Particle size is determined by the surface structure of the teeth and the adjustable distance between the toothed discs. The clearance can be verified through an inspection hole in the housing, allowing for external adjustment using a feeler gauge. The machine operates without a screen.

-Constructed from fracture-resistant welded steel, the machine features a hinged housing door with a fixed toothed disc that opens to the side for cleaning and disc replacement.

-The grinding chamber features a well-designed small cross-section and a flat, nearly vertical grinding disc.

-Upon entry into the grinding chamber, the material is immediately clamped and reduced.

Temperature control

The improved cooling system for automated temperature control comprises a water-spraying nozzle, regulating control mechanisms, solenoid valves, thermostats, an automatic control unit, and a material feeding switch.

Drive and mounting frame

A flat steel structure is utilized to mount the pulverizer and suction box. The drive motor features a "V" belt drive and belt guard. The frame comes with pre-installed anti-vibration pads.

Safety devices

An integrated safety device ensures that entry is prohibited until the rotor is completely stationary.
