The patented new θ-2θ linkage goniometer system features a single-axis drive mechanism. It is precise, straightforward, and delivers excellent performance.

Built-in water circulation cooling system

The Benchtop XRD Analyzer – X-ray Diffractometer – FRINGE SH1827 comes equipped with a built-in water circulation cooling system, eliminating the need for an additional chiller. The software can display real-time information such as the X-ray tube water temperature, flow, and flow rate.

Safety

The Benchtop XRD Analyzer – X-ray Diffractometer – FRINGE SH1827 includes an automatic cutting protection device during testing, as well as a safety linkage lock device. Once closed, the sample chamber is fully enclosed, and the operation interface includes a function to close the sample chamber.

Integrated sola slits
