Automatic Abel Closed Cup Flash Point Tester TT-170Z conforms to IP170 and ISO 13736 standards for determining the flash point of petroleum products and other liquids using the Abel Closed Cup Method.
This international standard specifies a method for measuring the closed cup flash point of petroleum products and other liquids with flash points between -30℃ and 70℃. However, the precision of the method is valid only for flash points ranging from -5℃ to 66.5℃. This standard is not suitable for waterborne paints, which can be tested using ISO 3679.
1. Dual control system: The tester utilizes an industrial computer and a single-chip microcontroller. The microcontroller controls the heating process and data acquisition, ensuring high real-time accuracy of test results. The industrial computer oversees overall system control, enhancing the tester's reliability.
2. Multiple ports: RS-232, USB, and RJ-45, among others. Connect to the LIMS system, LAN, and the internet. Update via the USB port and print test results by connecting to a laser printer.
3. Color touch screen operation, also equipped with a mouse and keyboard.
4. Dual ignition methods: Electric ignition or gas ignition, both of which do not affect the results.
5. Gold-plated parts: The sample cup and lid are gold-plated for optimal performance.

7. Self-detection: If any part is abnormal, the tester will buzz and alarm.
8. The tester displays the heating rate in both graph and figure formats.
