Environmental On-line Monitor - Atmospheric Heavy Metal On-line Monitor

Atmospheric Heavy Metal On-line Monitor

Contributing to a green future

The Atmospheric Heavy Metal On-line Monitor, a cutting-edge continuous monitor. This innovative device combines X-ray fluorescence nondestructive testing technology, β-ray absorption detection technology, and automatic air particulate matter enrichment technology.

Atmospheric Heavy Metal On-line Monitor adheres to the United States EPA IO-3.3 standard method. Not only does it monitor the mass concentration of air particles, but it also provides quantitative analysis of the elements within the particles simultaneously. Capable of detecting low levels of lead, cadmium, chromium, arsenic, and other heavy metals in air particles, it offers unattended, long-term automatic monitoring, including collaborative measurement of PM concentration.

Detection range

Precise measurement of lead, cadmium, chromium, arsenic, and numerous other heavy metals is guaranteed, with customizable detection limits for various elements tailored to user specifications.

Flexibility

The main unit utilizes an international standard chassis, facilitating installation on either a mobile monitoring vehicle or the standard cabinet of an automatic air station.

High precision

Atmospheric Heavy Metal On-line Monitor designed with a streamlined light path to eliminate spurious peaks, the analyzer features a built-in multi-level light filter system. This allows for automatic switching, enabling precise low-background measurements.

Automatic calibration

Incorporating a built-in calibration module, the analyzer facilitates automatic calibration of both horizontal and vertical coordinates of XRF spectra simultaneously. Users can freely set calibration frequencies, with the added convenience of a built-in specific metal internal standard source for automatic quality control and alarm functionalities.

Data transmission

Atmospheric Heavy Metal On-line Monitor equipped with RS232/485, USB, GPRS, ADSL, Ethernet, and various other data transmission modes, the analyzer enables remote transmission, monitoring, and inspection of operational parameters, status updates, and data.

Safety

The Atmospheric Heavy Metal On-line Monitor undergoes professional anti-radiation treatment to ensure zero radiation leakage in all directions during measurements, guaranteeing safety standards are met.
