Apparatus for Paraffin, Resins and Asphaltenes Contents in Crude Oil
Apparatus for Paraffin, Resins and Asphaltenes Contents in Crude Oil TT-6560
Apparatus for Paraffin, Resins and Asphaltenes Contents in Crude Oil TT-6560 adheres to ASTM D6560 Standard Test Method for Determination of Asphaltenes (Heptane Insolubles) in Crude Petroleum and Petroleum Products, as well as SY/T 7550 Determination of Paraffin, Resins, and Asphaltenes Contents in Crude Oil.
Asphaltenes, characterized by their high molecular mass and carbon-hydrogen ratio, are organic molecules commonly found in crude petroleum and petroleum products with residual material. Their presence can lead to issues during storage and handling if the suspension of asphaltene molecules is disrupted due to excess stress or incompatibility.
The apparatus comprises two distinct devices: a suction device and a dewaxing and filtering device, alongside a compressor refrigeration system, etc., arranged side by side in a compact structure. It features a digital temperature control table for automatic temperature regulation, specifically designed in accordance with the ASTM D6560 standard. Notably, the sand core funnel is unique, offering the advantage of reduced operating time and ease of operation.
