Apparatus for Hydrogen Sulfide in Fuel Oils
Apparatus for Hydrogen Sulfide in Fuel Oils TT-7621
Apparatus for Hydrogen Sulfide in Fuel Oils TT-7621 adheres to the ASTM D7621 Standard Test Method for Determination of Hydrogen Sulfide in Fuel Oils by Rapid Liquid Phase Extraction.
The process involves introducing a weighed test specimen into a heated test vessel containing a diluent base oil. Air is then bubbled through the oil to extract the H2S gas. In Procedure A, the air with the extracted H2S is directed through a vapor phase processor to an H2S-specific electrochemical detector for measuring the H2S content in the air and calculating the amount in the liquid phase in mg/kg. Procedure B does not require a filter cartridge.
1. The airflow rate is measured and controlled using a digital mass flow meter.
2. The tester is designed and manufactured in full compliance with the requirements of ASTM 7621, IP570, and ISO 8217 testing standards.
3. It features microcomputer control, automatic measurement, and automatic calculation of results.
4. Utilizes a semiconductor refrigeration gas phase processor with fast cooling speed.
5. Equipped with a Fisher-type glass reaction tube, ensuring ease of operation.
6. Includes a Luer-type sintered filter filled with a special adsorbent.
7. Utilizes the H2S200 detection system, capable of direct reading.
8. Features a quick screwing cap for sealing.
