Lubricating Grease Wide Temperature Range Evaporation Loss Tester TT-2595 involves placing a weighed sample of grease in an evaporation cell within a heating device set at the desired test temperature. Over a period of 22 hours ±0.1 hour, heated air is circulated over the surface of the grease, and the loss in weight of the sample due to evaporation is then determined.
1. This tester features a separate design, with the control unit and the high-temperature test bath unit divided into two separate units. This allows for flexible placement options, either side by side or stacked vertically, optimizing workspace area.
2. Utilizes three sets of temperature controllers to precisely regulate both the air temperature and the temperature of the aluminum bath.
3. The test duration can be conveniently set using a digital display timer for a duration of 22 hours.
