The Crusher - Heavy Duty Plastic Crushers Grinding Machine are built to handle tough materials and meet demanding grinding needs with a robust welded steel structure. These Heavy Duty Plastic Crushers Grinding Machine feature a sturdy crushing cavity and come equipped with a range of rotors.
The rotor diameter spans from 700mm to 1100mm, while rotor length varies between 700mm to 2400mm. The Heavy Duty Plastic Crushers Grinding Machine comes up with a substantial rotor bearings and a "V" shaped rotor design, enhancing cutting efficiency and minimizing dust in the processed materials. Incorporating a detachable deflection wedge (the third fixed knife) allows the Heavy Duty Plastic Crushers Grinding Machine to effectively granulate diverse materials, rapidly boosting production. Additionally, anti-wear plates within the crushing cavity and external bearings aid in preventing contaminants from entering the crushing chamber. BELT CONVEYOR
The plastic waste is transported into the crusher using a belt feeding device. This device utilizes an ABB/Schneider frequency converter for precise frequency control. The conveying speed of the belt feeding device is synchronized with the crusher's capacity, automatically adjusting the conveyor belt speed based on the current load of the crusher.
METAL DETECTOR
You have the option of using a Ferrous Metal Permanent Magnetic Belt or a metal detector to prevent metal objects from entering the crusher, effectively safeguarding the crusher blades.
ROTOR
This crusher features a heavy-duty vane rotor and welded steel structure, equipped with rotary knives, a V-shaped mounting angle, and an X-shaped cutting design. The rotor's extension shaft can be fitted with a governor wheel. Additionally, the adjustable rotor tool reduces tool change downtime to a minimum.
KNIFE BLADES
The knife blades are made from DC53, which features a higher hardness (62-64 HRc) post heat treatment compared to D2/SKD11. It also possesses twice the toughness of D2/SKD11 along with superior wear resistance. Additionally, DC53 demonstrates substantially higher fatigue strength when compared to D2/SKD11.
CRUSHING CHAMBER
The crushing chamber is constructed using a 40mm ultra-high hardness steel plate, ensuring wear resistance, corrosion resistance, reduced noise, and an extended service life.
MOTOR
We use imported WEG brand motors known for their low energy consumption, minimal noise, and extended service life.
FRAME
The welded structure incorporates a frame that rests on shock-resistant rubber-metal connectors, effectively absorbing shocks and minimizing noise.
SILO
We use a large-volume, silent air supply system. The pipes and silos are constructed from 304 stainless steel and covered with sound insulation cotton on the exterior, effectively reducing noise levels.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL
The entire model utilizes frequency conversion control and complies with international standards like CE/CSA.
TOOL INSTALLATION
The tool is adjustable during equipment operation, significantly reducing downtime. It can be quickly adjusted outside the machine, streamlining tool replacement and minimizing equipment downtime.
